雙級攪拌槳（jiǎng）（螺旋式、分散式）

此款攪拌器是（shì）雙層（céng）組合式攪拌器，它主要用（yòng）於罐體中，配合驅（qū）動裝置（減速電機）、支撐部（bù）件（底支撐，機架等）和連接件（jiàn）（聯軸器）一起組成（chéng）完（wán）整的攪拌（bàn）機（jī）使用，攪拌器由2層不（bú）同形式的攪拌葉片組成。

第一層是平直葉圓盤渦輪式（shì）攪拌器,是（shì）可拆式的（de），它可造成徑向液流，通常可用於需要高剪切（qiē）力和高功率的常（cháng）規混合。也可用於傳熱，快速的（de）化學反應等場合。安裝在底部,當液位排放口在（zài）槳（jiǎng）葉以下時，也可幫助固體懸浮。

第二層是三葉旋槳式攪拌器，也是可拆式的，主（zhǔ）要（yào）能造成軸向液流，產生大的循環量，它的槳葉是一種近似等螺距曲麵，排出性能好，剪切力低，可在過渡流及湍流操作中得到較高的流（liú）動場，適用於低粘度液體的混合、溶（róng）解、固（gù）體懸浮、傳熱、反應、結晶等。

因此此款攪拌器結合了2層（céng）槳葉的優點，能（néng）更好的發揮（huī）攪拌（bàn）和混（hún）合效果。

This agitator is a combination type which includes two kinds of impellers, it normally work together with driving device(motor,reducer)、bottom support device and connecting accessories in a stirring tank.

The first layer impeller is vertical flat blade turbine type which is also removable , it generate radial flow and suitable for general mixing where high shear and high power are necessary. Heat transfer, fast chemical reactions, power hungry processes. Suitable for low off-bottom placement as a tickler turbine for assisting solid suspension when liquid level drains below primary hydrofoil.

The second layer impeller is Three-blade propeller type which is also removable,it mainly generate axial flow and large amount of circulation,also can generate higher flow fields in transitional and turbulent operations,suitable for Low viscosity liquid of mixing, dissolving, solid suspension, heat transfer, reaction, crystallization.

Therefore, this blender combines the advantages of two-layer impellers, which can have a better stirring and mixing effects.
